Military Contingent E-Learning

Military Contingent E-Learning (MCEL) provides low-cost distance training courses in peacekeeping to qualified students who are currently serving at United Nations peacekeeping missions. This programme is operated by the Peace Operations Training Institute.

We have two new courses available: Disarmament, Demobilization, and Reintegration (DDR) and Civil-Military Coordination (CIMIC). If you previously enrolled in MCEL before these courses were available, you can take them now at a very low cost. Please write to the Registrar for details.
